The entirety of El Pueblo staff is extremely attentive, friendly, and delighted to serve you!  From the servers and bartenders to cooks and managers, each and every one of us want you to enjoy your time spent at El Pueblo and will do everything we can to guarantee just that!

Since all dishes are made from scratch and from only the freshest ingredients, special kitchen requests are always welcome.  The reason we are known for our speedy service, is because the entire staff works as a team.  The support staff works hard to ensure that from the moment you sit down, your beverage and complimentary warm chips and fresh salsa are never-ending.  El Pueblo’s speedy service makes this restaurant a perfect choice for a workday lunch.  However, if you would like to experience El Pueblo in true Mexican authenticity by enjoying a leisure meal or lingering over chips and margaritas—El Pueblo's servers will pace your meal as you desire!

All El Pueblo dishes are traditional Mexican meals with a twist of secret Flores family recipes.  Sammy says he inherited his love of sports from his father, Alfonso and his love of food from his mother, Olivia.  Sammy’s Uncle runs a bakery in Mexico and contributes a dynamite sopapilla to the dessert menu.  El Pueblo makes its own salsa daily and fresh batches of guacamole throughout the day.  Extra spicy salsa is delivered to your table upon request—ranking a 6 or 7 on the 1-10 spicy scale.  Each dish is made from the freshest ingredients available—allowing us to serve you any special requests!

Here at Sammy’s Gourmet Burgers and Beers we like to keep it simple. We are about great food, great service, and fun times!

After Samuel Flores' initial success with El Pueblo, a new dream surfaced—to open a burger restaurant/cafe with a sports theme.  Sammy personally designed the Sammy's Gourmet Burgers and Beer sports concept along with the entire menu and opened for business at the corner of Creek and Blue Ash Road in 2009.  The restaurant reflects Sammy's love of sports and American food.  The gourmet burgers, fresh chili, fantastic beer selection, and multiple sports screens make this restaurant an ideal spot for lunch, happy hour, weekend fun, and family dinners.

 

Samuel's new dream?  To open a Sammy's Gourmet Burgers & Beer in his home town of Guadalajara, Mexico.
