Family Owned and Operated

Owner Samuel Flores genuinely wants his guests to be happy with every aspect of their visit to El Pueblo!   Sammy and his brother Victor founded El Pueblo together, after working for two years in this country as employees in the kitchens and dining rooms of various Mexican restaurants.  During this time their founding principle was shaped and cemented:  what to do different.  They started by using family recipes, only the freshest ingredients, and pulling together a stellar kitchen and wait staff.   Sammy says, “happy employees create happy customers”.  Whether you’re having a weekday lunch, drinks in the bar, or a celebration dinner, more than likely you’ll see Sammy working alongside his staff pitching in to deliver hot food and fresh drinks. 

Fun Atmosphere

The El Pueblo dining room is a wonderful mixture of earth tones with splashes of bright color throughout.  Walls of exposed brick displaying authentic Mexican art support a comfortable balance of both table and booth dining.  Large parties are seated comfortably in several 6 seat booths and a cozy 8-9 seat corner booth, popular for birthday celebrations  

Outside dining, is an option as weather allows.  Choose to enjoy a meal or just drinks seated at one of two patios where every table is sheltered by a colorful umbrella.  Our full service bar with atrium windows and skylights is a comfortable alternate spot to enjoy a quiet lunch or hopping Happy Hour.  Whether dining inside, outside, or in the bar expect to be entertained by upbeat pop or traditional Mexican music.

Sammy's Gourmet Burgers & Beer

After Sammy's initial success with El Pueblo a new dream surfaced, to open a burger restaurant.  Sammy personally designed Sammy's Gourmet Burgers and Beer sports concept and the entire menu and opened for business at the corner of Creek and Blue Ash Road.  The restaurant reflects Sammy's love of sports and food.  The designer burgers, fresh chili, fantastic beer selection, and multiple sports screens make this restaurant an ideal spot for lunch, happy hour, weekend fun, and family dinners.  

Sammy's new dream?  To open a Sammy's Gourmet Burgers & Beer in his home town, Guadalajara.
